St. Louis Elementary School – Phase 1

Phase I of HVAC renovations and improvements.  Scope of work consisted of demolition, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, metal windows and storefront, drywall, acoustical, insulation, painting, new roller shades, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm work.
