William Ramsey Elementary School Elevator & Wheelchair Lift Additions

Addition of two new elevators and associated ADA lift to provide accessibility in the multi-level school.  Scope of work consisted of asbestos abatement, concrete footings, interior demolition, shoring, roofing, waterproofing, elevator pit damp-proofing, masonry, doors/frames/hardware, painting, sealed concrete, drywall, acoustical, structural steel, flooring, metal wall panels, air barrier system, storefront windows, ceramic tile, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm.
