Washington Street United Methodist Church Exit Stair Additions & Alterations

Alterations and improvements to accommodate a new exit stair in existing building envelope, accessible entry and improved mechanical system.  Scope of work consisted of demolition, asbestos abatement, waterproofing, excavation/backfill, concrete and concrete ramp, doors/frames/hardware, masonry, structural steel, miscellaneous metals, flooring, millwork, glass canopy, water service connections, carpentry, roofing, metal windows and storefront, drywall, acoustical, insulation, painting, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm work.
